Earl Grapefruit Tonic
Ingredients
- 40ml Gin
- 20ml Earl Grey tea syrup
- 100ml Tribe Classic Kombucha
- Garnish-grapefruit slice
Method
- Take 1/2 cup water then add 3-4 Earl Grey tea bags to brew.
- Remove tea bags & and 1/2 sugar and stir till it dissolves, now cool it down.
- Add ice, gin & syrup to the glass.
- Top it up with a Tribe Classic Kombucha.
